About the Hollings Faculty
The Hollings Faculty creates an academic and creative bridge between the arts, business and science offering the largest concentration of programmes in nutrition, fashion, hospitality, events management and tourism in the UK. Our facilities include over 150 specialised sewing and joining machines, a 3D body scanner, 3D printing and the latest pattern-cutting software. You will also find state-of-the-art chemistry and microbiology laboratories, a taste panel suite, a product development kitchen, bakery and food quality testing equipment.
